1. Introduction

Welcome to Circus Vegas on Wheels (“we”, “us”, “our”) at www.circusvegasonwheels.com. By using this website or purchasing tickets, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Ticketing & Booking

  • Ticket prices and seating are shown online and at the box office.
  • Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Date changes may be requested before the show and we will accommodate where possible.

3. Performance Schedule & Showtimes

  • Date, time and venue are confirmed at purchase.
  • Any change to showtime or venue will be communicated by email or phone.
  • We may cancel or substitute shows due to weather or safety.

4. Entry & Admission

  • Children under 2 are admitted free.
  • Tickets are scanned on arrival; duplicate use is not permitted.
  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime; the box office opens 30 minutes prior.

5. Liability & Conduct

  • You attend at your own risk. Circus Vegas on Wheels is not liable for personal injury or loss of property.
  • Entertainers in the ring are strictly off-limits.
  • Disruptive behaviour or refusal to follow safety instructions may result in refusal of entry.

6. Use of the Website

  • Site content is protected by copyright.
  • You may view, download and print content for personal use only.
  • You may not alter content or link to it without our permission.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect personal data (e.g. name, email) to process bookings.

8. Postponement or Cancellation
